    It is a common mistake to confuse the concept of a logo as a synonym for a brand, the main difference being that it must be built beyond the visual representation that identifies a company or organization. A logo can be the same brand or be its main identifier together with other signs such as the unique name, a sales phrase, secondary graphics, iconography, communication tone, etc. It should be emphasized that not every logo qualifies to be called a brand, while a brand must in its most minimal commercial system not do without a logo.
